Terms of Service

Last updated May 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, signing in, accessing Stafflyt, or using any Stafflyt feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Stafflyt. These terms apply to every user, administrator, manager, organization, invitee, and account holder.

2. Internal Management Tool

Stafflyt is provided as an organization and session management tool. Stafflyt is not an employment agency, payroll provider, emergency communication system, legal advisor, medical advisor, tax advisor, or compliance system. You are responsible for independently verifying schedules, assignments, attendance, permissions, and operational decisions.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your credentials. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe an account, organization, or use of Stafflyt creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or platform risk.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations and administrators are solely responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, managing permissions, collecting any required authorizations, obtaining any required parental or guardian consents, and ensuring their use of Stafflyt complies with applicable laws, school rules, organization policies, and event requirements.

5. User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for information you enter into Stafflyt. You represent that you have the right to submit that information and authorize us to store, process, display, transmit, and use it as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and enforce Stafflyt.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse Stafflyt, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape or extract data without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, harass users, upload malicious code, or use Stafflyt for any purpose that could harm Stafflyt, its operator, other users, or third parties.

7. Availability and Changes

Stafflyt is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, break, be delayed, be discontinued, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, preservation of any particular feature, or compatibility with every browser, device, system, organization workflow, or third-party service.

8. Third-Party Services

Stafflyt may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, email, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, acts, omissions, terms, policies, security incidents, or service changes.

9. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stafflyt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stafflyt and its owner, operator, developers, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunities, business, or reputation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Stafflyt in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stafflyt and its owner, operator, developers, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your use of Stafflyt, your content, your organization, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Stafflyt at any time with or without notice. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and enforcement rights.

13. Disputes

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Stafflyt and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued access to Stafflyt after an update means you accept the updated terms. We may require renewed acceptance before you continue using Stafflyt.
